1. Copyright complaints

If you believe that content on this website infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to the site owner. To be effective, a takedown notice should include the following information, as described in 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3):

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered, a representative list of such works;
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough information (including the specific URL or page location) to allow us to locate it;
  • Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

2. How to submit a notice

Send your notice through the contact page or by email to talk@kabirmahmud.xyz, with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice". Notices that are incomplete, lack sufficient detail, or cannot be verified may not be actionable.

3. Review process

Upon receiving a valid notice, the reported content will be reviewed promptly. Where the notice is complete and the claim is substantiated, the content may be removed or disabled. We may contact the poster or provider of the content to inform them of the removal and give them an opportunity to respond.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe that content you provided was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. A counter-notice should include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action seeking an injunction within the required timeframe.

5. Repeat infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating the accounts or access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright, where appropriate and practicable.

6. Good-faith notice

Please note that knowingly submitting a false or misleading notice of infringement can expose you to liability under section 512(f) of the DMCA. We encourage all parties to act in good faith and to confirm ownership or authorization before submitting a notice or counter-notice.
